Premium Beef. Generational Legacy. Your Way.
Since the 1950s, Miller Moth Ranch has been raising cattle with care, tradition, and a commitment to quality. Our cattle graze freely across thousands of acres of native grassland. We raise most of our beef right here on the ranch from birth and also partner with trusted local ranches to ensure every beef meets our high standards.
We believe in giving our customers more than just great beef—we offer the freedom to choose how it’s finished, processed, and prepared to fit your lifestyle.
Our Cattle: Raised Right
🥩 Finishing Options: Tailored to Your Taste
Grass Fed & Grain Finished
For those who prefer richer flavor and tenderness, our grain-finished cattle are fed barley hay and grain for the final 90 days. We grow the barley hay right here on the ranch. The grain finish process produces beef with superior marbling and fat content, and if it were to be graded would come out as high choice or prime.
Grass Fed & Grass Finished
Our grass-finished cattle are pasture-raised and then supplemented with cut barley hay grown on the ranch. This natural finishing method enhances nutrition and improves marbling—resulting in lean, flavorful beef with a clean finish. Grass finished beef will be a looser meat and have more of a "gamier" taste to it.
🔪 Custom Processing with Ranchita Meat Company
